Job Responsibilities |

- Manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.
- Assist in value engineering exercise for optimization of project cost / budget.
- Taking-off quantity, preparation of BQ, calling for quotation, and coordinating the subcontract procurement process.
- Pricing of tender.
- Preparation of documentation required for contract binding.
- Monitor project progress and timeline including preparation of documentation required for EOT, VO and Loss & Expense claim.
- Liaison with client / consultant / supplier including drafting of all necessary correspondence.
- Assist in advising project team on contractual related matters.
- Site valuation / site measurement / final account for progress claim with clients and sub-contractors.
- Attending meeting with clients / subcontractors for monthly progress certification, variation works, etc.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
